<p>A flash lamp array of a plurality of flash lamps connected in pairs by a fuse (e.g. 26B) which connects the second lamp (16D) of each pair of the circuit upon firing of the first lamp (16C). Should the first lamp (e.g. 16A) of a pair fail to fire thus failing to connect the second flash lamp (16B) of the pair, a redundant fusing arrangement (26B) connects the second flash lamp (16B) in response to the firing of the first lamp (16C) of the next succeeding pair of flash lamps.</p> |
