PURPOSE:To prevent a vibration caused by the chatter from occurring during processing while strongly fixing double U angle steel, by fixing the upper flange of the double U angle steel travelling on a roller with a vice and by positioning and supporting the lower flange. CONSTITUTION:The upper flange 20 of double U angle steel 5 placed on rollers supported on roller frames 14, 15 is fixed with vices 3, 3. Between the rollers, a slide sleeve 10 equipped with a set plate 9 on the tip of said sleeve slidably provided on the roller frame 15, and an adjusting plate 11 guided by a guide bar 13 is connected to a slide screw 12 supported on the slide sleeve 10 and the roller frame 14. By turning a handle 18, the screw 12 is turned to permit the plate 11 to hit the lower flange 21, causing the sleeve 10 to slide to permit the plate 9 to put the lower flange 21 therebetween and support it. |
