PURPOSE:To form a thin and uniform covering layer, by a method wherein a tubular foil, which is produced such that a metal is formed in a cylinder, is covered with a molten parison extruded through a forward end of a die head, and a space surrounded with the molten parison tubular foil is sucked. CONSTITUTION:A tubular foil 1, consisting of a metal being seamless in a peripheral direction, is previously inserted into a guide bylinder 5, mounted to the inside of a die head 4 and regulating the position of the tubular foil 1, through the rear of the die head 4 coupled to an extruder 3 by a mandrel, and the tubular foil 1 is covered with a molten parison 7 extruded through the die head 4. A covered tubular foil 9 is then brought into contact with a cooling jacket 8, through which a medium such as water flows, to cool it, and simultaneously, the covered tubular foil 9 is sucked from its outer surface to regulate a shape. The covered tubular foil 9 is pulled by a puller located in a left direction, detecting the edge 10 of the foil and being cut and obtain a seamless tube. |
