发明名称 FLOW PASSAGE CONSTRUCTION IN HEAT EXCHANGER
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable to easily cut off the flow of a coolant passing through a passage, by a method wherein the upper end of a partition plate set to be higher than the free surface of the coolant is inserted into a decompression chamber formed in the periphery of an upper end part of a passage extended through a hot plenum and a cold plenum. CONSTITUTION:The passage is formed which communicates the cold plenum 16 filled with a cooled coolant and the hot plenum 14 for heating the coolant to each other. In the passage construction of the heat exchanger 80, the decompression chamber 90 opened into the coolant in the plenum 14 is formed in the periphery of the upper end part of the passage. The partition plate 82 for partitioning the plenums 14, 16 is provided at the periphery of the passage, and the upper end of the plate 82 is inserted into the chamber 90 while being set to be higher than the free surface 28 of the coolant in the plenum 14 so that a sealing part 54 is formed between the plate 82 and the passage at a part below an upper opening of the passage.
