PURPOSE:To contrive favourable atomization of fuel and to carry out stabilized combustion, by a method wherein an annular spray gas nozzle is provided on the circumference of a fuel injection nozzle, fuel and spray gas are mixed up and a mixing part is made into an expanding form. CONSTITUTION:An angle of a jet 52 where fuel and spray gas are met with and mixed is formed at 5-10 deg. to maintain an atomization condition in a favourable state and to prevent wear by COM fuel from occurring as well. The COM fuel in an internal cylinder 10 is jetted from a fuel injection nozzle at low speed, and on the one hand, high pressure spray gas is jetted from an annular spray gas injection nozzle 30 through a spray gas passing opening 51. In this case, turning force is given to the spray gas through a swirl vane 60, and the fuel and the spray gas which are streamed out of the respective nozzles are mixed in an injection opening 52 where the met with. With this, the COM fuel is atomized favourably and stabilized combustion state is obtained. |
