<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate molding and to prevent peeling off of a tile material, by a method wherein a molding concrete block is placed in a mold through the medium of a gap between tile materials positioned in parallel, and the gap is filled with a foaming synthetic resin material for foaming. CONSTITUTION:A tile material 1 is firmly adhered to and egages a surface of a cushion form auxiliary material 5, having a flexible elasticity, such as rubber mold, which is previously located in a molding form 4 and between the molding form and the tile material. A block 7 is then charged in the molding form 4 and between the molding form 4 and the tile material 1 through the medium of a gap 6, the gap 6 is filled with a foaming synthetic resin of a gap 6, the gap 6 is filled with a foaming synthetic resin material such as foaming polyethylene for foaming to form a thermal insulating material and unite the tile material 1 and the block 7 into a monolithical unity. Thermal insulation and a facing block (a) are loaded in turn to constitute a body of a structure. This causes the body to have a tile facing surface and an outer thermal insulating function resulting from a general loading of the blocks (a)-(a).</p> |
