PURPOSE:To suppress the fluctuations in the picture contrast among plural sheets of copies, by setting the time intervals since image exposure until developing longer than the timer required for ending of light attenuation of a photoreceptor by the image exposure. CONSTITUTION:An image exposure device 3 and a developing position 4 are disposed spacially in such a way that the central angle theta with respect to the center of a photosensistive drum 1 satisfies theta>=omegat. Here, omega is the rotating angular speed of the drum 1 and (t) is the time for ending of light attenuation. Thus, the spacing distance between the device 3 and the device 4 is set according to the rotating speed of the drum 1 and the light attenuating time of the photosensitive layer, whereby the picture contrast when plural sheets of copies are accomplished is made uniform. |
