PURPOSE:To make valve insertion ever so easier as well as to simplify the tube set-in operation, by drilling a valve through hole carrying a movable part in the central part. CONSTITUTION:A tire flap 1 is provided with a couple of rising edges 10 and 10 being supported interposingly between a tube 2 and the inner face of a bead part 9 and at both sides of a central part 6 sandwiched between the tube 2 and a base element 5 of a rim 3, as well as a valve through hole 13 carrying a movable part 12 which renders an air valve 11 of the tube 2 displaceable is provided in the central part 6, while the rim 3 has a freely detachable loose flange 14 at its one end and a long hole-like slit 16 extending up to the vicinity of the loose flange 14 from the center line. |
