PURPOSE:To obtain the more effective cooling structure for a blast furnace bottom by providing the means increasing heat conductivity for at least upper half of cooling tubes in the cooling structure where the cooling tubes are equipped in the refractories with high heat conductivity. CONSTITUTION:The lower half of metal tubes 1 for cooling arranged in parallel on a holizontal plane is buried and fixed in a concrete bed 3, and the refractories 2 with high heat conductivity are filled on the upper half of the metal tubes 1. The bottom plate 4 made of iron plate for gas sealing is placed on the refractory body 2, thereby forming the structure of the blast furnace bottom. Then, at least the upper half of the pipes 1 is provided with the means increasing heat conductivity e.g. fins 6, and the increase of cooling capacity is obtained by spreading the heat receiving area of the pipe 1. |
