PURPOSE:To check the action of an inertia valve at work of air bleeding and a test, by providing a stopper rod unit to an air bleeder bolt in a sealing fluid chamber communicated to the intertia valve. CONSTITUTION:A proportioning valve comprises a control piston 17 and control spring 28, and the control spring 28 is pressed by a regulating piston 27. The regulating piston 27 is actuated by the fluid pressure in a sealing fluid chamber C, and said pressure is controlled by an inertia valve 36. Air in the sealing fluid chamber C is bled by screwing an air bleeder bolt 46 and separating a seat member 49 from a tapered part 51. A stopper rod unit 47 is provided to the air bleeder bolt, here the inertia valve 36 is not operated by a flow of fluid. While in a range the seat member 49 is closed by a holding spring 50, the action of the inertia valve 36 is checked, and a performance test can be performed. |
