PURPOSE:To detect atmospheric pressure without contact with high accuracy by changing the opposing distance of a Hall IC and a permanent magnet by means of the movement of a vacuum capsule that expands and contracts in response to the increase and decrease of atmospheric pressure. CONSTITUTION:A permanent magnet is attached to a vacuum capsule that expands and contracts in response to the increase and decrease of atmospheric pressure, and a Hall IC is attached to a substrate. Both the permanent magnet and the Hall IC are placed opposing to each other. Further, the direction of this opposition is made parallel or at right angle to the motion line of the capsule 1. When the relation of the opposing distance of the permanent magnet 6 and the Hall IC 10 changes in accordance with the displacement of the capsule 1, the output voltage of the Hall IC is constituted to be proportional in primary proportion. |
