PURPOSE:To surely remove accumulated static electricity from an automobile or human body to the ground and prevent firing due to an electrostatic spark, by laying a conductive member on the uppermost surface of a floor pavement in a spot where an inflammable material is handled. CONSTITUTION:A conductive member 2 is laid on the upper surface of a floor pavement 1 of reinforced concrete in ranges X1-X5 of a position in which an automobile is stopped at oil filling time. Further to surely obtain the effect of earth performance, a wire net 3 is embedded to the conductive member 2, and an earth wire 4 is connected to said wire net 3. In addition to the above, the conductive member 2 may be connected to a reinforcing rod 6 of the floor pavement 1 by a metallic pin 5 or the conductive member 2 may be directly connected to the reinforcing rod 6. |
