PURPOSE:To obtain the comfortableness around feet during heating and the cool feeling during cooling by providing an air flow control means reducing the blowout air flow when an air conditioner is set at a lower diffuser mode in a car room than when it is set at an upper diffuser mode. CONSTITUTION:When a diffuser mode is set at a FOOT mode, a switch 9 is turned to a terminal (a), and the collector current of a transistor 7 flows through a resistor Ra, then the base potential of a power transistor 8 is reduced, thus reducing the revolving speed of a fan motor 6 and also the air flow level is decreased. At a BI level mode, the current flows through a resistor Rb which is larger than Ra, and the air flow level is increased. At a FACE mode, the current flows through a resistor Rc which is larger than Rb, and the air flow level is increased further. Thereby, at the FOOT mode no chilly feeling is sensed around feet, and at the FACE mode the heat of vaporization is released and a cool feeling can be increased. |
