<p>The video signal of the first frame comprising lines L1-L313 is recorded in memories at the fast rate of a first clock. The delayed LF video signals are afterwards read at the slower rate of a second clock. The end of recording of the first line at the fast rate in the first memory triggers the recording of the second line at the same rate in the second memory, and also the start of readout of the first line at the slower rate. The end of recording of each succeeding line starts the recording of the next and the readout of the corresp. line at the slower rate, until the frame is complete. Lines L314-L625 are treated similarly during the second frame.</p> |
