<p>PURPOSE:To mold quickly waste material such as synthetic resins to be reclaimed with excellent thermal efficiency, by melting the molding material in a mold by the application of ultrasonic waves, and then stopping the application. CONSTITUTION:A molding material 2 such as synthetic resin waste is filled in a mold 1, and ultrasonic waves are applied through an ultrasonic generator 5 and oscillating plates 3, 4 so that the molding material 2 is melted to become a melted material. Thereafter the ultrasonic oscillation is stopped to carry out the molding with less heat loss and excellent thermal efficiency.</p> |
