发明名称 SUPPORTING STRUCTURE FOR CRYSTAL OSCILLATOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve impact resistance, and also to improve the stability of electric characteristics and the efficiency of holding operation, by forming lead terminal embedding holes in two electrode terminals, and fitting and fixing lead terminals of a crystal oscillator sealing base in said holes. CONSTITUTION:Supporting plates 7a and 7b for a crystal oscillator blank piece are electrode terminals for crystal oscillator driving electrodes formed of a supporting plate 7. A supporting slit part 9a is provided to fit and hold one terminal part of the crystal oscillator blank piece between two electrode terminals 7a and 7b. Further, a fitting hole part 9b is provided to a spring effect part 7c to fit and hold the other end part. Lead terminal embedding holes 10a and 10b are formed in the electrode terminals 7a and 7b, and the supporting plate 7 after being fitted in the lead terminal 12 of a sealing base 11 is soldered as shown by 13 to be fixed to the base 11. Consequently, impact resistance is improved, electric characteristics are stabilized, and the efficiency of assembly is improved.
