PURPOSE:To eliminate unnecessary inductance and reduce adverse influences by the floating capacitance by a method wherein winding coils 3 without bobbins are inserted into a pot type ferrite core having a projection to serve as the core of the coil at the center, electrodes are provided on the outer periphery of the pot type ferrite core, terminals of winding coils are connected to the electrodes, and coil upper parts are covered with a soft magnetic material. CONSTITUTION:The winding coil 3 constituted of self-fusion type wire is contained in the angular pot type core 1 having the central projection 15. Terminals 3a, 3b of the winding coils 3 are led out from a wire lead-out slot 2 provided on the core 1 and respectively connected to the electrodes 5a, 5b constituted of quadrangular metallic caps fitted to the outer periphery of the core 1. The upper part of the core 1 are covered with so-called plastic ferrite wherein ferrite particles are bonded by plastic, and a outer winding treatment is performed by a mold material 6 resulting in sealing. In place of a plastic ferrite, a normal soft ferrite plate can be used. |
