PURPOSE:To obtain a substantial increase in opening rate by providing a plane lens on a photodetection part and converging light to the photodetection part effectively. CONSTITUTION:On the surface of a transparent plate 4 formed on a silicon substrate 1 and photodetection parts 2, Fresnel zone plates 5 are formed in such a way that optical axes of the plates 5 coincide with optical axes of the photodetection parts 2. Therefore, light converged through the lens system of a camera is further converged through the Fresnel zone plates 5, so that the light is converged to the photodetection parts 2 without reaching circumferential areas of the photodetection parts. |
