PURPOSE:To improve a Young's modulus, internal loss and temperature characteristics by applying multiple mesh structure of thermosetting resin and crystal- line thermoplastic resin to a disphragm. CONSTITUTION:Thermosetting resin, e.g. 5-50wt% prepolymer of polyurethane and thermoplastic resin, e.g. 95-50wt% polypropylene are kneaded. Then, cross- linked polyether glycol equivalent to the prepolymer of polyurethane is added and further kneaded. In this case, the cross-linked polyurethane linked with polypropylene at a molecular level to set, so the multiple mesh structure of polyurethane and polypropylene is formed. This obtained multiple network structure is sheeted and formed under a vacuum easily, and is suitable for a speaker diaphragm. Further, difference in sound quality due to ambient temperature is a little. |
