The hand tool is particularly intended for dismantling a bottom contact plate in a service box, where the plate comprises a hollow cylindrical porcelain casing (8) with a central contact plate (9). A casing (13) encompasses a body (10) along which it is limitedly movable, and in one position (16) frees the body's (10) one end equipped with a working component. In another position (18) it forms a catchment space for a freed contact plate (9). The casing (18) is spring-loaded, and the tool is wholly or partly produced from insulating material. The body (10) supports a socket or casing (25) with restricted axial movement which liberates or locks a fork-like component (23). The main casing (13) is limitedly rotatable around the body (10), a part of which forms a hand grip. (Provisional Basic advised week K15).
