PURPOSE:To obtain a prescribed pulse output and a constant voltage irrelevant to said pulse output by connecting one terminal of the 1st current source to a voltage converter and the other terminal to a reference voltage generating source, and also connecting the connection points between both of them to the 2nd current source. CONSTITUTION:When a pulse voltage is applied to the base terminal of a transistor (TR) Q7, the selection of an adequate base voltage of a TRQ6 allows a current to flow to the collector of the TRQ6 only for the time when the pulses are applied. At the same time, TRs Q8, Q2, and Q4 are coupled together to flow currents with the same value to collectors of TRs Q1 and Q2 for as a long time as the current flows to the collector of the TRQ6. When no pulse input is supplied to the TRQ7, no collector current flows in the TRQ6, so no current flows to the collector of the TRQ2. Thus, a pulse voltage corresponding to the input pulses is developed at a voltage output terminal 2 through a prescribed voltage converter, and a constant voltage irrelevant to said pulses is developed at a reference voltage output terminal 3. |
