PURPOSE:To enable the stem and the bulb of the captioned device to be sealed securely and hermetically, by forming the caliber of a through hole positioned at the rear end side of insertion larger than the caliber of a through hole positioned at the front end side thereby those through holes are selected from among through holes which penetrates an exhaust pipe delivered from the mount holder's side. CONSTITUTION:In the center of the wall surface 22a and 22b on both sides of an accommodation room inside a chuck 16, 1st and 2nd through holes 29 and 30 in which the tip of an exhaust pipe 105 is to be inserted are installed facing each other and these through holes 29 and 30 are coaxially communicated to the through hole 21 of a clamping rubber 20. The openting parts on the sides on which these 1st and 2nd through holes 29 and 30 face the through hole 21 each other are formed with large diameters which shall be 1st and 2nd large diameter parts 31 and 32. Among these large diameter parts 31 and 32, the caliber l1 of 2nd large diameter part 32 positioned on the rear end side of insertion of exhaust pipe 105 is formed remarkably larger than the caliber l2 of 1st large diameter part 31 positioned on the front end side caliber l2 of 1st large diameter part 31 positioned on the front end side of insertion of the exhaust pipe 105. Thus, the welding of the flare part and the bulb can be carried out securely and hermetically. |
