PURPOSE:To dispense with manual adjustment of a sample soln. immediately before analysis even in the case of samples susceptible to aging, by automatically adding a diluent soln. into a sample tube contg. a weighed sample and automatic shaking it to prepart the sample. CONSTITUTION:A sample 11 is weighed in a sample tube 7' in advance, and set on a turn table 1' with a cover 12 put on. A constant vol. of a diluent soln. 9 is fed with a piston type dispensing tube 10 into the tube 7' the table 1' is turned by one frame, a cam 13 is rotated to shake the tube 7' up and down, and a sample soln. 2' is prepared by dissolving the sample 11. The soln. 2' is introduced into a loop injector 4 through a suction needle 3', and it is fed into the packed column of liquid chromatography with a feed pump, thus permitting manual preparation of the sample soln. or the preparation of a solid sample apt to change due to aging, followed by tube setting on the table 1' to be made dispensable. |
