PURPOSE:To increase greatly the working margin without changing the coil current, by using a driving coil which has high magnetic field intensity only at the area where the working margin of a bubble memory device is small. CONSTITUTION:The driving magnetic field distribution which is applied to a memory chip is set as shown by a curve 11 for a driving coil containing an X coil and a Y coil. Thus the magnetic field distribution is locally intensified for a detector. As a result, the working margin is increased for a magnetic bubble memory. |
