PURPOSE:To obtain a printing plate having uniform thickness and softness but no stickiness, by exposing a photosensitive resin to a light passed through a screen negative image to form a base plate for a photosensitive printing plate. CONSTITUTION:A body having an image consisting of a screen negative and a plastic film are brought into close contact with a glass plate and then, a photosensitive resin is placed flatly on said film and further on this resin, a film is placed. Light is cast from the side of the glass plate, with this base plate thus prepared, a photosensitive resin same as that used for the base plate is preferably brought into contact, and light is projected from the side of the photosensitive resin through the image body to form an image relief layer. A preferable resin is unsatd. polyurethane. The obtained printing plate has little stickiness on the surface of the nonimage areas of the base plate, and treatment for preventing stickiness is not necessary. |
