PURPOSE:To improve working property and detecting accuracy by inputting a voltage signal from detecting parts electrostatically coupled with lead wires of a loop switch having rated shape and inductive value. CONSTITUTION:Lead wires 14, 15 of a phase shifter 13 receive a voltage signal from lead wires 16, 17 of a loop switch 10 through detecting parts 20, 30 electrostatically coupled with the lead wires 14, 15 and supply the signal to the plase shifter 13. After processing the voltage signal, the phase shifter 13 detects and displays the phase difference between both sides of the switch 10 and discriminates whether the switch 10 is to be turned on or not from the detected result. Consequently it is unnecessary to connect lead wires 14, 15 to the secondary sides of transformers 11, 12 fairly separated therefrom and inductance can be ignored because the lead wires 14, 15 are short, thus improving the working property and detecting accuracy. |
