The mounting frame (2) of a smoke and heat outlet device is secured in its closed position relative to the crown rim (1) by a locking device which consists of a mechanical detent (7a) fastened to the mounting frame (2) and of a catch device (8a) connected to the crown rim (1). On the detent (7a), which, according to Fig. 6, consists of a ratchet lever (24) loaded by a shaped spring (26), engages the piston rod (21) of an erecting cylinder (4), and during the actuation of the erecting cylinder (4) the piston rod (21) first releases the detent (7a) and subsequently causes the opening of the mounting frame (2). <IMAGE>
