PURPOSE:To facilitate the assembling of a synchronous motor and to improve the efficiency of the motor by employing as a stator pole a round pin of the shape cut longitudinally in approx. 13 of the radial area and forming integrally with a coil frame, thereby reducing the size and weight. CONSTITUTION:A ring magnet 1 of barium ferrite, a sleeve 2 of hard synthetic resin and a rotational shaft 3 are integrally molded, thereby forming a rotor, a round pin is cut longitudinally in approx. 1/3 of the radial area to form pole pins 5, 5', which are implanted to the outer periphery of the rotor in an annular coil frame 4 of hard synthetic resin, and a coil is wound on the frame 4. Delay plates 7, 7' of pure copper are respectively provided at the upper and lower surfaces of the frame 4, the prescribed pins 5, 5' are shaded, and the outer cylinder 8 and magnetic path plate 9 made of electromagnetic soft iron material are provided on both upper and lower surfaces of the pins 5, 5', thereby foring a magnetic path. |
