PURPOSE:To provide a communication capacity required for each station, by providing a device which mutually converts a multiplex signal and a voice frequency, band signal, and transmitting a part of an audio out-band signal inputted and outputted to said device to slave stations via a voice band signal transmission submarine cable. CONSTITUTION:An exchange 4 is provided, which makes communication with a multiplex communication line 2 such as micro system between a land station and a master station 3 and mutually converts a multiplex signal and a voice frequency band signal. The device 4 of the station 3 releases multiplexing and uses a part of channels being a voice band signal for a communication line 2, and the rest channels are transmitted to surrounding slave stations 7-10 with submarine cables 5, 6 while keeping the voice band signal. Signals from the stations 7-10 to the land station 1 are transmitted inversely from this path. Further, a required communication capacity is provided for the stations 7-10. |
