The parent patent describes a skip-mounted loading attachment for pumping up liq. manure from an adjacent sump into the skip. The attachment comprises a submersible pump at the outer end of a compound articulated mounted at one end of the skip. A flexible pipe from the pump delivers into the skip. When the pump is retracted, the articulated arm folds up on the end of the skip for travelling. The discharge end of the flexible pipe remains always at the same point above the skip, at the far end from the arm. The skip can be closed with an entry for the pipe.
