PURPOSE:To make imprinting of data sharp by mounting a data display unit elastically to the rear cover of a camera and bringing the data display part extremely close to a photosensitive material. CONSTITUTION:A rear cover 10 of a camera has a window 15 for imprinting of data on a photosensitive material, and a recess 16 for dropping of a data display unit 20 therein. The unit 20 has a data display 21 to be faced to the window 15 and a lamp for data imprinting. The unit 20 is mounted elastically to the cover 10 by means of springs 31, 32, 33 disposed to a press plate 30, so that even when a press plate 13 abuts on the part 21 during opening or closing of the rear cover, the damage thereof is prevented by a cushioning effect. Thus it is possible to bring the part 21 extremely close to the photosensitive material and extremely sharp characters and figures are imprinted without need for using any image forming optical system. |
