PURPOSE:To obtain a stable automatic clear circuit, by controlling a source resistance of a source follower circuit with an output of a latch circuit. CONSTITUTION:At the change of a clock phi from ''1'' to ''0'', when a latch circuit 10 reads an output of an inverter 9 as ''0'', a P-MIST19 is set off, a source follower resistance of a P-MIST6 is a resistor 7 only and the resistance value is increased, then a voltage across the resistor 7, i.e., an input voltage of the inverter 9 is increased. In taking the resistance value of the resistor 7 sufficiently larger than the ON-resistance of the P-MIST19, the input voltage of the inverter 9 after the latch circuit 10 reads ''0'' is increased in excess of a transition voltage range alpha and the output is made stable to ''0''. Even if the clock phi is ''1'' and a transfer gate 11 is opened, since the output of the inverter 9 is stable at ''0'', the output of the latch circuit 10 reamins ''0''. |
