PURPOSE:To smoothly carry out dehydration work by comparing the time when primary dehydration is executed by pressing a movable chute to upper and lower rollers for secondary dehydration with a timer thereby detecting the meshing of obstacles from overtime. CONSTITUTION:It is detected that obstacles are meshed in a movable chute unless the chute 4 arrives at a set position within the set time of a timer at the time when the chute 4 moves from an open to close state. A solenoid operated selector valve 18 operates a solenoid valve 21 while holding the shute 4 in a close direction to decrease the feed oil pressure of a relief valve 22a, thereby weakening the pressing force of the shute 4. It also decreases the feed oil pressure to a hydraulic cylinder 7, or weakens the pressing force of a lower roller 2 by changing over a solenoid valve 4 thereby opening the rollers 1, 2 and discharging the obstacles. When the chute 4 fails to close within the timer set time, the obstacles are stagnating in the chute 4 or between the rollers 1 and 2 are therefore a fault is announced. |
