Prefabricated building elements which are installed along the top of walls under the eaves of the roof each comprise a rectangular block one longitudinal edge of which carries externally directed decoration (5). Each block contains a longitudinal cavity (8) which receives a reinforcing framework and concrete to hold the element in place and secure with other superimposed elements. Each block incorporates a curved projection (9) at one end which locates into a correspondingly shaped recess (10) in the opposite end of an adjacent element.
