PURPOSE:To reduce the capacity of a vacuum pump and the size of a titled device by incorporating heating construction under atmospheric pressure as well as construction of evacuating the inside of only the sample containing vessel. CONSTITUTION:The inside of a sealed type sample containing vessel 1 is evacuated by means of a vacuum pump through a through-hole 9, a hollow revolving shaft 4, and an air releasing pipe 10 to an evacuated state. The air in a sealed vessel 3 is heated by means of a heater 11. The vessel 1 is rotated by means of a motor 5 in the heated air. More specifically, samples are heated by the heated air via holders 2 and test tubes P. As a result, the reduction in the time for evacuation and the capacity of the vacuum pump is made possible; therefore, the reduction in the size of the device and the inexpensive production are made possible. |
