PURPOSE:To make specific microbe cultivable, by dividing the lower reservoir of a closed system pumped storage power station, while installing a separator shallow reservoir for microbe and active ingredients. CONSTITUTION:In case of culturing microbe other than aerobic or anaerobic active water treatment bacteria, the lower reservoir of a pumped storage power station composed of a closed system independent of the existing river system is divided into two parts, a top 6 and a bottom 4 and a microbe-active ingredient separator shallow reservoir 3 and a microbe settlement proliferous shallow reservoir 2 are installed while a culture solution is circulated as in the following regular order; an upper reservoir 5 a lower reservoir top 6 a shallow reservoir 2 a shallow reservoir 3 a lower reservoir bottom 4 the upper reservoir 5. That is to say, both the culture solution inclusive of bacteria and another culture solution uninclusive of bacteria are added to each of shallow reservoirs 2 and 3 from culture solution tanks 1 and 1' and these bacteria are proliferated whereby they are gathered up to a fixed member of the shallow reservoir 2, then those overflowing are separated at the shallow reservoir 3 and the separated bacteria are stored in a storage tank 7. |
