PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of operation, by possibly decreasing round errors at multiplication through the left shift of a coefficient register of a noncyclic section. CONSTITUTION:A bit next to a code bit S of coefficient registers 80-8i, i.e., the most significant bit, is inverted at inverters 390-39i respectively, and inputted to an AND gate 31. An output signal 32 of the AND gate 31 is inputted to a shift control circuit 33. A left shift control signal 34 is applied from the circuit 33 to the registers 80-8i, and a right shift control signal 36 and a set control signal 35 are applied to an output register 30 holding the output of an adder 14. A shift number counter is provided in the circuit 33, and this counter can set an arbitrary number externally via an input bus 37 and read out the content externally from an output bus 38. |
