PURPOSE:To suppress the vibration of a moving unit and a noise by composing the moving unit through a vibration absorber between the contact pressurizing surface with a stationary unit and an external power transmission unit. CONSTITUTION:A moving unit is contacted under pressure with a stationary unit 2 on which a piezoelectric unit 1 is mounted. The moving unit has a power transmission unit 3 for transmitting a driving force to an exterior, a vibration absorber 4 for absorbing an unnecessary vibration, and a pressure contactor 6 on which a sheetlike molding 5 is mounted. The unit 3 transmits the driving force to the exterior, and the contactor 6 transmits an ultrasonic vibration with a traveling wave from the unit 3 efficiently to obtain a driving force. The absorber 4 uses a porous structure like a foamable plastic, rubber material, such as natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber. |
