PURPOSE:To obtain the optical trigger semiconducor device, wherein amount of light supplied to a light receiving part is increased, and heat resisting property and vibration resisting property are improved. CONSTITUTION:An upper electrode 23 is compressed to a semiconductor element 20. An insulating member 24 is provided between the upper electrode 23 and a lower electrode 21. In a hollow part 23a, an optical pipe 25 is inserted through the insulating member 24 and the upper electrode 23 from the outside, and its tip part 25a is bent and placed in position and sealed so that it is closely contacted with a light receiving part by a resin member 26. One end of an elastic member 27 such as a fixed spring is fixed to the insulating member 24. The optical pipe 25 is held by the elastic member 27 at the bent tip part 25a and the rear end part in the vicinity of the insulating member 24. An reflecting film 34, which is formed by evaporating and plating aluminum, silver, nickel, and the like, is stuck on the inner wall of the optical pipe 25. |
