PURPOSE:To enable animated display replacing numerical display by making a pixel pattern correspond to segments of numerical display on a liquid crystal display plate. CONSTITUTION:An IC2, a quartz vibrator 3, a battery 4, a switch 5 and a capacitor 6 are arranged on a printed substrate 1 and a liquid crystal display plate 8 is piled thereon through a connector 7. A graphic comprising a pixel pattern is determined and conducted to a connection terminal corresponding to the connector 7 from an electrode composing the graphic. The reference frequency of the vibrator 3 is inputted and counted in the circuit 2 and then, converted into a signal corresponding to time, which will be converted into a display signal for the display plate 8 through a specified decoder. The display signal has a predetermined code for numerical indication. Based on the code, the signal changes the indication sequentially corresponding to the display segment thereby enabling an animated display as a whole. |
