PURPOSE:To obtain a top plate of excellent quality by making a base part shrink with the shrinkage of a molding material filled up in a back die, and thereby preventing the hole part of a plate body from being cracked after molding. CONSTITUTION:A base part 1 comprises a foundation 1a formed of a steel body and a peripheral body 1b formed of an eleastic material such as silicon rubber and provided round on the outer periphery of the foundation, and the peripheral body 1b is made to shrink with the shrinkage of a molding material 4a. Since the shrinkage stress of the molding material 4a is absorbed by the shrinkage of the peripheral body 1b, the circumference of the hole of a plate body is prevented from being cracked.
