发明名称 CONVEYER SPEED ARITHMETIC UNIT
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide an effective conveyer speed arithmetic unit which can set the optimum conveyer speed by finding a conveyer speed from a line speed, an assorting device switching time and a cut length of a material. CONSTITUTION:A material 1 is cut to a required length by a cutter to form a plate piece, which is transported on a transport table 3. The transport table 3 is driven according to a value set by a line speed setting device 4 when an output reference REFe is outputted from a line reference output device 5 to a line driving electric motor 6. An assorting conveyer 7 is driven when an output reference REFe is computed by an arithmetic unit 16 from a cut length setting device 14, an assorting device switching time setting device 15 and the output reference REFe from the line reference output device 5 to be outputted to a conveyer driving electric motor 10. Thus, the conveyer speed can be set without experiences or sense of an operator.
