PURPOSE:To facilitate the fitting and the releasing of a captioned device at the time of the start and the finish of a maintenance work by operating a combining rail to be precisely fitted and connected to a disconnected part of a guide rail, a lateral mover mounted thereon, and a hoist in one body for suspension. CONSTITUTION:A combining rail 1 is constructed into a length to be precisely fitted to a disconnected part of a guide rail extended and fixed on the outside shell of a hull, and provided with a rack 4 connected to a rack 3 provided on the underside of the above-said guide rail 2 on its underside. When both rails are precisely fitted, a lateral mover 9 can pass over between both rails by the drive of a pinion 12. As a hoist 13 is operated to go up and down, a gondola 17 can be moved to a proper position for work on the outside shell. Meanwhile, the combining rail 1 is provided with a suspension metal fitting 5 and connectors 6 to be fitted to the disconnected part of the guide rail 2. Elements illustrated as 7 are stoppers to check the movement of the lateral mover 9. |
