PURPOSE:To facilitate releasing of the titled product from a die by a method wherein two ejector pins are provided in parallel, and after the completion of molding, the first ejector pin is protruded ahead of the second ejector pin which has a shape at the end for forming an undercut part. CONSTITUTION:After the completion of molding, a movable die 44 is moved backward, and first and second ejector plates 60 and 64 are moved forward, and thereby first and second ejector pins 50 and 52 are protruded to eject a molded article 86. Moreover, an ejector rod 66 is moved forward and a cam 24 is rotated, whereby the first ejector plate 60 is protruded ahead of the second ejector plate 64. Since the first ejector pin 50 is thus protruded ahead of the second ejector pin 52 having a shape at the end 56 for forming an undercut part, the undercut part 88 of the molded article 86 formed at the end 56 of the second ejector pin 52 is disengaged therefrom forcedly, and thereby the molded article 86 is released easily from the die. |
