DEVICE FOR SHOWING NUMBER OF REVOLUTIONS OF AUTOMOBILE ENGINE

PURPOSE:To optimize the number of revolutions of an engine in each stage of changed speed, by shifting an indication depending on the signal of a changed speed stage detection switch to display the number of revolutions on an engine driving power characteristic curve corresponding to the changed speed stage. CONSTITUTION:A display surface 1 is provided with a first, a second and a third bar graph display sections 2-4 graduated for the number of revolutions of an engine. The display section 2 is shaped as an engine driving power characteristic line corresponding to the neutral stage of speed shifting. The display section 3 is shaped as an engine driving power characteristic curve corresponding to the first and second stages of speed shifting. The display section 4 is shaped as an engine driving power characteristic curve corresponding to the third and fourth stages of speed shifting. The display sections 2-4 are put in operation respectively by the signals of shifted speed stage detection switches provided in a control circuit for the display sections.
