摘要 PURPOSE:To shorten the time for the preparation of a soybean food compared with the process using the uncrushed soybean as a raw material, by pressing soybean to the shape of leaf having a thickness of about 0.1-1mm., and imprinting a pattern of fine stripes to a surface of the leaf. CONSTITUTION:The soybeans 1 in the hopper 13 are charged to the first sub- tank 15 by the first bucket elevator 14, transferred to the first two-stage kettle 16, and heat-treated with the heating means 17 under the kettle. Then the beans are roughly crushed by the crushing roll 19 to grains of about 5mm.phi, transferred to the second bucket elevator 21 by the conveyor 20, stored in the second sub- tank 22, roasted in the second two-stage kettle 23, pressed with the rolls 24 wherein one of the rolls has circumferential fine stripes on its surface, transferred to the third bucket elevator 36 by the conveyor 25, cooled with chilled air in the three- stage cooler 26, and taken out through the product hopper 27.
