PURPOSE:To reduce the deviation in the position of a cargo and accurately unload it, by providing a centering unit for a conveyor installed on an unmanned vehicle, so that the cargo put on the conveyor is poitioned at the center of the conveyor in the direction of its width by the centering unit. CONSTITUTION:A transfer conveyor 3 is provided on the top of the frame 1 of a vehicle. A plurality of conveying rollers 5 for transferring a cargo 4 between the conveyor 3 and a conveyor A located at a transfer station, stoppers 6 for preventing the cargo 4 from falling and a centering unit 7 for positioning the cargo in the center of the conveying rollers are provided in the transfer conveyor 3. The centering unit 7 acts so that the cargo 4 on the conveying rollers 5 is pushed on both the sides of the cargo and positioned in the center of the rollers. The centering unit 7 comprises a pair of centering mechanisms 19 located in a front and rear positions as to the direction of conveyance by the conveyor 3, and a single motive power source 20 located under the conveying rollers 5 to drive the centering mechanisms. |
