PURPOSE:A gloss preservative for laver capable of keeping dried laver or laver boiled down in soy in tone of blackish violet and providing gloss, consisting essentially of alums. CONSTITUTION:Laver is treated with alums such as potassium alum, ammonium alum, etc., for example, laver is immersed in about 0.5-0.1wt% aqueous solution of alum or the aqueous solution is sprayed on the laver. |
