The invention relates to a nozzle for forming a washing fluid jet directed onto a windscreen of a motor vehicle. It is provided with a nozzle body (1) having a continuous nozzle channel (4) and constructed at least partially in a spherical shape and being capable of being partially inserted with the spherical part into a correspondingly shaped recess (2) of a nozzle housing (3). In this arrangement, the one mouth of the nozzle channel (4) is congruent with a feedline (5, 5') constructed in the nozzle housing (3). In order to permit a large degree of independence of the course of the washing fluid jet from the respective travel speed, the nozzle channel (4) consists of an inflow area (8) which tapers in a wedge shape at an acute angle (6) in the through-flow direction (7) and opens with its end with a smaller diameter into a cylindrical outlet opening (9).
