PURPOSE:To perform effectively the confirmation of an instruction execution address and the clock stop, and to facilitate debugging a program and examining a fault, by utilizing the address comparing function of a maintenance panel for micro instructions from a microprogram storage part. CONSTITUTION:Contents of an address entry switch 21 of a maintenance panel 7 of a microprogram (mup) controller and contents of an instruction to be executed from a current address register 5 are compared with each other in the first comparing circuit 24, and contents of a module number switch 22 and contents of a module number register 25 are compared with each other in the second comparing circuit 26. The address of a control storage part is decoded by a decoding circuit 27 and is applied to a selecting circuit 28 to which logical values from circuits 24 and 26 are inputted. When an address comparison condition is selected by the output of the circuit 27 and the mup instruction designated by switches 21 and 22 is executed, the output of the circuit 28 and the command of an address stop switch 29 are applied to a clock controlling circuit 30, and the clock is stopped by the instruction of the switch 29. |
